Pablo Gonzalez is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in our company. He has always been a hard worker, demonstrating his strong work ethic since his school days. Even as a young boy, Pablo showed a keen interest in business, selling candy to his peers. He obtains that from his mom, who used to work giving assessment to big companies and inculcated those important values on him. After graduating from high school, he established his own company of wood where he acquired knowledge in the field but also learned a lot about management.
In 2015, he arrived in this country and was presented with a tremendous opportunity to continue to pursue a career in construction. It was during this time that he discovered his passion for the industry. He started in division 9, focusing on finishes such as framing, drywall, and flooring. Thanks to the valuable experience he gained, he quickly progressed to higher positions, eventually becoming a foreman and then a project manager.
In 2018 he finished his career in Strategic Business Management in the George Washington University.
In 2022, Pablo took a significant leap and established his own construction company, G & G Construction and Design. With his extensive knowledge and expertise in the field, he now brings his valuable insights and leadership skills to our company as the COO. Pablo's entrepreneurial spirit and dedication make him a valuable asset to our organization.
Farid Gubaira was born in Valencia, Venezuela. He grew up looking at his dad as a Mechanical Engineer and he was passionate about robots and motors. Before this dad passed away, he encouraged Farid to study Civil Engineering because he saw great potential in him to carry out this career.
After graduating from high school, he decided to start his career as a Civil Engineer at the University of Carabobo. Once he started his studies, he discovered a passion for this field and officially became a civil engineer in 2007.
After that, he started his own construction company offering Construction remodeling services, Industrial Assembly, Commercial Construction and maintenance services. Due to political circumstances he had to leave his hometown in Venezuela.
He and his family decided to move to Orlando, FL. Working in different workplaces he has been involved in residential projects, high end remodeling, swimming pool construction and commercial projects.
After some years his dream came true, to start his own company in the United States. He has been able to develop new skills working as a Chief Executive Officer and has obtained more experience as he has more responsibilities involved in the field.

I am Luis Saavedra, born and raised in Valencia, Venezuela. I grew up in a family of engineers, been my mother a civil engineer and my father a mechanical engineer. Since I was very young, I was involved in the field, going with my parents to their job sites, learning about their careers, materials and equipment, until I became a Civil Engineer myself in June 2013.
My catholic roots and formation since an early age taught me between many things the importance of helping others and your community, which I found very possible through engineering. Guided by that passion I started to work on different projects that allowed me to do that, as remodeling public schools to supervised constructions of affordable housing, among others.
Looking to expand and perfecting my English knowledge and for a place with new and better opportunities, I moved to New York City in 2016 where I studied and shared cultural and technical experiences with people from around the world.
After a few years I moved to Florida where now I am part of G & G Construction and design. A company founded with great values and vision that match mine, where everyone in it shares their knowledges and experiences in different backgrounds to accomplish our goals base on the same values, and where I will continue applying what I learned in my career and through my experience here in the USA. Always give my best to guarantee good results and quality.
Mabel Minier was born in Santiago, Dominican Republic in 1994. Since she was born, she was involved in the business area since her family had companies selling cosmetics and clothes. She grew up seeing her parents directing, innovating and creating new strategies for business growth.
After she graduated from High School in 2012, She started to study Business Administration and develop a special interest in the area. She started working in the family business and applied the knowledge that she was acquiring from the school. This gave her the opportunity to gain some experience in the area.
She came to the United States in 2014 and even though she worked in different fields, she always applied what she learned, and she stood out for her precision, detailed and organization. That’s when she realized that what she loved the most were those related to decision-making, structure, logical thinking and math. And she found herself developing an interest in construction, especially estimating.
She studied to become an estimator and while studying she saw how precise, logical and interesting this responsibility is. She has been doing a great effort to increase her knowledge and master her skills providing accurate estimates that can show the professionalism and competitive prices that earn her the credibility that not only each estimator should have but that can stand her out because of the good quality.
She became part of G&G construction and has been so excited to have this opportunity. G&G construction and design goes along with the mission, values and vision that she has and therefore she has made such a good relationship in the company.
Mabel knows that there is so much to come, and she is so ready to build her path in the industry working together with G&G Construction and Design. The future is bright, and every day is a chance to grow, learn and become a better version of herself and that’s the focus of Mabel.

Jael Minier was born in Dominican Republic, and she is 24 years old. When she got married, they decided to move to Orlando as a couple. Orlando has the perfect weather to keep you in vacation mode all year long. The beautiful beaches, nature and environment makes Orlando such a fortunate place.
From a very young age, she grew up in the business world understanding that for a business to succeed one of the essential things is the satisfaction of the customer.
After graduating from high school, she developed her skills working in different workplaces and targets that has given her the abilities and experiences to make her who she has become.
She started the sales and human resources services to provide the best experience for each customer. A customer need and experience vary from person to person. This is something she understood and has applied in her everyday job since then.
She is passionate about learning new skills to become better each day. There is always a new opportunity to become a better version of yourself. The best resolution you can have is to never stop learning and never settle when growing is an option available. The inner person will open doors for you when you take advantage of the time developing qualities that can make you shine and different from the rest.
